One-on-one nature-based session. This involves a walk outdoors with your counsellor to optimize therapeutic benefits. Integrating physical movement and fresh air into your sessions allows the possibility for experiencing additional wellness benefits such as regulating mood, lowering anxiety/stress, and improving memory and cognitive function.

Raelyn Lonie, MC, CCC

Practicing since 2020, Raelyn is the primary counsellor at Blue Sparrow Counselling. She holds a Master of Counselling Degree and is a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the CCPA.

She specializes in mental health counselling related to anxiety, trauma, work stress, relationship complications, perinatal and post-partum mental health, self-esteem and more.

Raelyn utilizes various counselling modalities in her practice including Narrative Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness Techniques, and Motivational Interviewing. She also offers faith-based services where requested by the client.
