One-on-one nature-based session. This involves a walk outdoors with your counsellor to optimize therapeutic benefits. Integrating physical movement and fresh air into your sessions allows the possibility for experiencing additional wellness benefits such as regulating mood, lowering anxiety/stress, and improving memory and cognitive function.
